Who owns the website and the domain?
The domain is yours. We register it in your name, and if you ever leave, it goes with you. No hostage situations, no transfer fees.
The website design and code are licensed to you for as long as you are subscribed. Your content, your photos and your words are yours the whole time.
Is there really no contract?
No contract and no minimum term on monthly plans. Cancel whenever you like and your site stays live to the end of the period you have paid for.
Yearly plans renew automatically at the same locked-in price. We email you before the renewal date, and you can cancel any time before it.
What is the setup fee for, and how do I avoid it?
$299 covers the initial design and build: the research, the copywriting, the design, the technical setup and the launch. It is a one-time charge.
It is waived entirely on yearly plans. A yearly plan also gives you 2 months free, so on Pro you save $497 in the first year.
Do I have to write anything?
No. We write all of it, including the blog posts. The intake form asks about your business, and we take it from there.
If you already have copy you love, send it over and we will work with it.
Starter does not include ongoing SEO. What does that actually mean?
Every plan gets the technical SEO foundation built in at launch: schema markup, meta titles and descriptions, clean URLs, optimized images, sitemap, speed and mobile. That work is done once, properly, and it does not expire.
What Pro and Business add is the monthly work: keyword targeting on new content, on-page optimization, schema expansion, internal linking and Search Console monitoring. Starter still gets 2 blog posts a month, which is real content, just without the monthly optimization layer on top.
Are the blog posts AI-generated filler?
They are 2,000+ words each, researched, edited and published with real licensed photography and proper schema markup.
We have one rule we do not break: no fabricated statistics. Every number has to be findable on the source page we cite, and every external link is checked before it goes live.
What is AEO and GEO, and do I need them?
AEO is Answer Engine Optimization: making sure that when someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity a question your business answers, you are the answer. GEO is Generative Engine Optimization: being the source those tools cite.
People increasingly ask an AI assistant instead of scrolling search results. If your site is not structured for it, you are invisible in that conversation. Included on Pro and Business.
What does the AI visibility report show me?
Each month on Business, we ask the major AI assistants about your business and show you exactly what they say: whether they can find you, whether they describe you correctly, and whether they would recommend you.
Then we tell you what we changed to improve it.
What counts as an edit?
Text changes, swapping photos, updating prices, adding a section, fixing something that broke. Submit it through your client portal and we handle it.
Hours do not roll over month to month. If a request is bigger than your remaining allowance, we tell you the cost before starting. You will never get a surprise invoice.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
